Terms of Service

1. Engagement & Sprints
VeoSoft provides custom software engineering, Next.js web application compilation, mobile apps, and cloud setups. All projects run in weekly milestone sprints based on agreed technical specifications.
2. Client Deliverables
Clients are expected to provide API credentials, assets, and feedback response timelines to keep code development cycles active. Delay in feedback may adjust sprint completions.
3. Payments & Invoices
All pricing packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are invoiced based on completed project milestones. Codebase transfer, DNS updates, and cloud handovers take place after invoice clearance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment clearance, all repository rights, database scripts, custom code blocks, and deployment credentials transfer entirely to the client.
5. Service Terminations
Either party may pause or terminate the engagement contract with a written notice 7 business days in advance. Completed milestones up to the termination date will remain payable.
